Christoph M. Pflügler

Nach seinem Zivildienst studierte Christoph Pflügler (Jahrgang 1982) Wirtschaftsinformatik mit den Schwerpunkten Marketing, Informationssysteme in Dienstleistungsbetrieben, Systementwicklung und Datenbankanwendung sowie Praktische Informatik an der Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg. Im diesem Rahmen absolvierte er auch ein einjähriges Auslandsstudium an der Universidad de Santiago de Chile. Seine Beschäftigung als Werkstudent bei der Siltronic AG ermöglichte ihm, die Halbleiterindustrie kennenzulernen. Sowohl durch Tätigkeiten als studentische Hilfskraft als auch durch kommerzielle Projektarbeit konnte er wertvolle Erfahrung im Bereich objektorientierter Softwareentwicklung sowie Systemintegration sammeln.

Seit Mai 2009 ist er wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Wirtschaftsinformatik und Systems Engineering der Universität Augsburg. Als Mitglied der Forschungsgruppe Interorganisationssysteme (IOS) gilt sein besonderes Interesse der betriebsübergreifenden Geschäftsprozessintegration.
