Submission and Important Deadlines

The workshop is dedicated to enable high quality discussions and feedback. Therefore, we feel that every presentation given should be based on an existing paper, even if it is early stage work in progress.

Moreover, if you would like your paper to be considered for one of the special issues, please make sure that the paper has reached a submissable status.

As all papers will be assigned a co-discussant and every presenter will be asked to co-discuss a paper, we will need the full papers in advance.

Nevertheless, the selection process for presentations will be based on (extended) abstracts.

Abstracts and paper proposals should be submitted to Marcel Hülsbeck.

Important dates and deadlines

Submission of (extended) abstracts: Monday, April 30th

Please submit an abstract consisting of not more than two pages text and a cover page stating authors, affiliations, and corresponding authors email-address. Please state whether you would like the (final) paper to be considered for one of the special issues.

You will be notified whether your paper has been accepted for presentation at the workshop.
