Sarah Stockinger, born in 1987, studied Organization Studies at the University of Innsbruck and Social Economics at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg. She focused on stakeholder communication and corporate governance, technologies of power in Lean Management as well as on international Human Resource Management. Before studying she lived and worked for a year in Madrid / Spain.

In addition to her studies, she worked as student employee at h&z Unternehmensberatung in operative and strategic consultancy with a focus on procurement, supply chain, sales and production. Moreover, she gained international experience as intern and working student at RENK, a manufacturer of drive technology and inspection systems in the department Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, at Team Dr. Rosenkranz management training and organizational development in management assistance as well as at EIM - Executive Interim Management in the office of excecutive management. Further, she deepened her practical experience while working as Trainee in Customer Service at haupt pharma Wolfratshausen.

Since October 2014 she has been employed as a research assistant and PhD student at the chair of Management and Organization at the University of Augsburg. In the context of her research she deals with Corporate Governance and implications for practice.
