Sonja Kralj attended the Annual Conference of the Association for Consumer Research (ACR)


From October 11 to 14, 2018, Sonja Kralj attended the Annual Conference of the Association for Consumer Research (ACR) in Dallas (Texas, USA). This year’s conference theme was “Trust in Doubt? Consuming in a Post Trust World”. In a poster session track, Sonja Kralj introduced the project „The Myth of Return – Success or Failure? Consumer Identity and Belonging in the Case of Repatriate Migrants”. The feedback received is very valuable to further develop Sonja Kralj’s dissertation and to generate future research ideas. Prior to the conference, Sonja Kralj also participated in the doctoral symposium where she interacted and exchanged experiences and ideas with fellow PhD students and renowned researchers in the field of Consumer Culture Theory.
