On May 23, Prof. Paul gave a talk at the research seminar of the Marketing Area at the University of Cologne. He presented a current research project , co-authored by Markus Gahler and Dr. Jan F. Klein (Tilburg University), on the measurement of customer experiences. Specifically, in a multi-method approach they developed a text-based and a pictorial scale to quantify customer experience as a multi-dimensional construct.
