Professor Paul's paper "Should Retailers Integrate Assortments across Channels to Drive Customer Loyalty? Insights from Mediating Mechanisms and Moderating Conditions", co-authored by Dr. Oliver Emrich and Prof. Dr. Thomas Rudolph, has been accepted at the European Marketing Academy Conference (EMAC) 2014. Professor Paul will present the paper's findings on June 4, 2014 in Valencia, Spain.

Also, Julia Beckmann's and Professor Paul's paper "The Success of Multichannel Strategies: Testing a Contingency Framework" has been accepted at Marketing Science Conference 2014. Julia Beckmann will present the paper's findings on June 12, 2014 in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Also, she will participate in the doctoral colloquium on June 11, 2014.
