Prof. Paul speaks at Digital Customer Journey conference in Berlin


On November 18th, Prof. Paul gave a speech on customer retention in the digital age at the Digital Customer Journey conference in Berlin.

Other speakers represented companies from diverse industries, for example Google Germany, RTL2 and Vodafone Deutschland, which are all facing the multichannel customer journey as one of the most important future challenges.
