Prof. Paul speaks in front of the Marketing Club Augsburg

On January 13, Prof. Paul and Prof. Veit hosted the Marketing Club Augsburg, the region’s biggest business club, at the University of Augsburg. More than 50 guests representing a variety of companies attended Prof. Paul's speech about the “Omnichannel Customer Journey”, constituting this year’s opening event of the club’s program series “Marketing intensive”. Prof. Paul’s statements about how boundaries between different marketing channels are increasingly disappearing and the future dynamic nature of marketing sparked a lively discussion among participants.
