Andreas Lechner's and Prof. Dr. Michael Paul's paper "Do They Always See It, Do They Always Care? Choice and Attentional Resources as Boundary Conditions of Customer Reactions to Frontline Employees’ Emotional Authenticity" as well as Prof. Dr. Michael Paul's paper "Affection or Money: What Really Drives Customer Loyalty?", written in cooperation with Prof. Dr. Thorsten Hennig-Thurau, Dr. André Marchand and Dr. Georg Puchner from the University of Münster, were accepted at this year's AMA Winter Marketing Academic Conference. They are going to present the papers at the conference which is taking place from February 26 to 28, 2016 in Las Vegas, USA. More information is available on the conference website.
