Paper by Andreas Lechner and Professor Paul to be presented at Frontiers in Service Conference

From 23 until 26 June, Andreas Lechner will represent the Chair for Value Based Marketing at the Frontiers in Service Conference in Bergen, Norway. He will present his latest paper, co-authored with Professor Paul, On Being Happily Mistaken and Sadly Right: Customer Pre-Consumption Affect as a Moderator of Emotional Labor Perceptions and Service Evaluations” (2016).
