Chair for Value Based Marketing is represented at European Marketing Academy Conference with three presentations

The paper "That Smile Was Real To Me! How Affect And Thinking Style Influence Customer Perceptions Of Frontline Employee Emotion Authenticity" by Andreas Lechner and Prof. Dr. Paul was accepted by European Marketing Academy Conference, which takes place from May 23 to May 26, 2017 in Groningen in the Netherlands. On May 24, Andreas Lechner will present the paper's findings in a poster session at the conference.

Andreas Lechner will also speak about the findings of “Good Choice! How The Provision Of Choice Of Service Provider Can Bias Customer Perceptions Of Frontline Employee Emotion Authenticity” on May 26, 2017.

A great success for the chair is the selection of the paper "Celebrity Endorser Scandals: Do They Spill Over To The Sponsor Firms’ Competitors?" (by Nico Friedrich & Prof. Dr. Paul) as a finalist for the Best Paper Award Based on Doctoral Work 2017. The winning paper is selected from all papers submissions and will be announced during the conference. The paper will be presented by Nico Friedrich on May 25, 2017.
