Markus Gahler participated in EMAC doctoral colloquium

The 30th doctoral colloquium was organized by the European Institute for advanced Studies in Management (EIASM) and the European Marketing Academy (EMAC) in collaboration with the University of Groningen. The colloquium was held in Groningen, the Netherlands from Sunday, May 21 until Tuesday, May 23, 2017, immediately prior to the EMAC Conference 2017. Competition among all submissions for the available slots was fierce. Markus Gahler was selected as one of 60 doctoral students among an overall of 136 applicants. As part of the marketing research track, he gave a presentation on “Measuring the Customer Experience along the Customer Journey: Scale Development and Implementation”. He received valuable feedback from seven fellow doctoral students as well as from the track faculty Arvind Rangaswamy (Penn State University), P.K. Kannan (University of Maryland), and Arnaud De Bruyn (ESSEC Business School Paris), who are renowned marketing experts.
