Markus Gahler spoke at 25th International Colloquium on Relationship Marketing


On September 13, 2017, Markus Gahler presented his dissertation project "The CX Scale: Measuring Customer Experiences throughout the Customer Journey" at the 25th International Colloquium on Relationship Marketing (ICRM), which was hosted by the Institute for Marketing and the Munich School of Management at LMU Munich. The theme of ICRM 2017 was “Faster, higher, further! Is customer experience the new battleground for relationship marketing?”. The event focused on the circulation of viewpoints that challenge established marketing management theory and practice by international scholars.
