Paper presented by Markus Gahler at Marketing Edge Summit

On October 8, 2017, Markus Gahler spoke to scholars and practitioners working in the field of digital, direct/interactive, and data-driven marketing at the Marketing EDGE Summit in New Orleans (LA). He presented the project entitled "The Path to Success: Maximizing Customer Equity through Customer Journey Analysis", co-authored by Prof. Paul and colleagues from Münster University and the University of St. Gallen. The conference was an ideal opportunity to learn more about bringing digital marketing topics into our classroom, to exchange insights with other colleagues in the field as well as to expand our network by meeting digital marketing faculty and professionals.
