Prof. Paul gave a guest talk about the omnichannel customer journey at Cisco

The "Cisco Marketing Experts" event series regularly provides Cisco’s customers and business partners with insights into relevant topics from the diverse world of marketing. On November 9, 2017, Prof. Paul talked about “The Essentials of the Omnichannel Customer Journey” at Cisco Systems GmbH in Garching. In his talk, he illustrated that companies still struggle with omnichannel and which challenges arise in managing these business environmental changes. The event involved interesting exchanges between theory and practice as well as contacts with possible future cooperation partners.
