Press coverage of Prof. Paul’s latest publication on corporate gifts


Recently, the Augsburger Allgemeine and the Deutsche Apotheker Zeitung reported on Prof. Paul‘s study on corporate gifts, which was published in the Journal of Service Research, the world's leading service research journal (Jourqual: A). Further, the TV station BR picked up Prof. Paul's  study and broadcasted a report in which he talks about the importance of the value of corporate gifts in influencing customer perceptions and spending.
