On January 18, 2018, Prof Dr. Paul gave a talk on "The omnichannel customer journey in the craft sector" at Hilti AG in Kaufering, which took place as part of an event focusing on digitization in the industry. The company invited around 100 of its customers to this event. Prof. Paul opened his presentation with general information on the digitization level in the craft sector. In the main part of his talk, he explained the need for omnichannel management to the audience, highlighting the unique challenges associated with ensuring a seamless customer experience along the customer journey.
