Big data and powerful customer relationship management systems - many thanks, Jan Pieperhoff from Adesso for a very interesting guest lecture on successful customer data management in our bachelor course "Services Marketing: Principles" on January 18, 2018. Using Boxbote and the Führungsakademie as examples, he demonstrated how the use of customer relationship management systems can optimize companies' processes and thus contribute to increased customer acquisition through successful lead nurturing. Prior to this, he addressed the fundamental challenges of big data and the resulting requirements for customer relationship management solutions.
