Prof. Paul was invited to the first Interactive Marketing Research Conference


Prof. Paul attended the inaugural version of the Interactive Marketing Research Conference from March 23 to 24 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, which was organized by Marketing EDGE. Together with his co-authors Thorsten Hennig-Thurau and Alegra Kaczinski (both University of Münster), they presented the project entitled "Social Media's Coming of Age: The Effects of Social Media Marketing Practices on Consumer Mindsets and Firm". Innovative formats like the high density format, in which a series of pitches were presented to the full audience and after which a discussion in groups on individual papers took place, gave room to intensive informal interactions and offered insights into many different studies. Besides the opportunity to present his research project, he exchanged with other conference participants about the different areas of interactive marketing.
