Sonja Kralj presented poster at Consumer Culture Theory Conference 2018 in Odense, Denmark

From June 26 to July 1, 2018, Sonja Kralj attended the Consumer Culture Theory (CCT) Conference at the University of Southern Denmark in Odense. This year’s conference theme was “Consumer Culture Fairytales”. In a poster session track, which provided the opportunity for the visual display of data and concepts, Sonja Kralj demonstrated the project “Forever Foreign in the Homeland? Repatriates’ Consumer Identity and Belonging”. The feedback received is valuable to develop the project and to generate ideas for future research. Prior to the conference, Sonja Kralj also participated in the doctoral seminar “Consumption Theory: Canon of Classics”. The aim of the seminar was to critically investigate some of the classical works that constitute the foundation of the current perspectives in consumer research.
