New practice-oriented seminar for Master students

The Chair of Information Systems and Management and the Chair for Value Based Marketing jointly offer a practice-oriented Master Seminar “Services Marketing: Case Studies” in WS2016.



The seminar “Services Marketing: Case Studies” aims to provide the students with insights into current business problems related to services marketing in the online context. In the seminar students will be able to apply theoretical knowledge to a complex business case. Participants of this seminar will take on the perspective of a consulting agency by analyzing online and external data sources of an agency client in order to derive marketing recommendations to increase this company’s online sales and revenues.

The seminar is held in cooperation with the Chair for Value Based Marketing and the international agency explido»iProspect. After successful participation in the project, students will receive a certificate.
