The seminar deals with selected topics of customer and user behavior in the internet. Theoretical models which map the usage and decisions in online channels are at center stage.


The seminar aims at analyzing selected research articles within this subject area. Moreover, students gain a deeper understanding of the key issues by evaluating additional literature. Presenting and discussing intermediary results in the seminar group helps students to learn how to structure and analyze scientific problems and how to systematically report them. Thus, the seminar can be seen as a preparation for writing one's bachelor thesis.
